The keynote explains the nature of conscious evolution of human species from evolutionary science standpoint. Most communities of change are very good at motivating the need for change – but are very poor at spreading new ways of being. The talk highlights that behaviors that are beneficial on personal level can become detrimental on collective level, and that it is important to cultivate personal behavioral patterns creating greater resilience of organizations and communities. Six key principles of prosocial behavior and organizing are described.
